Leading goal scorer in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference, freshman Taylor Miranda (Smithtown, N.Y.) netted her 15th goal of the season and freshman Garbielle Balestrier also scored as the Rams topped the Albertus Magnus Falcons 2-0 on Saturday afternoon.
The win now sets the Rams up for a potential first round playoff home contest in the upcoming GNAC playoffs set for the end of October. Suffolk now holds a 7-2 GNAC record, while they are 8-2-1 overall.
