Sammi Hogan joined Suffolk women's lacrosse as an assistant coach for its inaugural season in 2025. 

Hogan was a four-year letterwinner and two-year capatain at Simmons. Throughout her four-year career with the Sharks, she appeared in 43 games and saved the best for last. As a senior she provided 35 points on 14 goals and 11 assists in 18 games, 17 of which she started en route to Simmons Student-Athlete of the Year honors in 2023. In addition to her athletic accolades, she garnered spots on the Intercollegaite Women's Lacross Coaches Association (IWLCA) Academic Honor Roll twice, the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) All-Academic Team three times and was named to the GNAC Sportsmanship Team in back-to-back seasons. 

Hogan, who will gain her first coaching experience on Suffolk's sidelines, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nurising in May 2023.
