Women’s Hockey Pair Earn Krampade All-American Scholars

AHCA RELEASE

BOSTON – In its second season, Suffolk women's hockey had two student-athletes recognized for academic excellence with Krampade All-American Scholars honorees via the American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA), the national organization announced.

With the non-traditional spring semester due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the AHCA adopted revised criteria for this year's criteria. To qualify, a student-athlete must have attained a 3.75 GPA for the fall semester and participated in 40 percent of their institution's contests.

Shana Cote and Molly Dowd, both first-time recipients, represented the Rams on the list, that was made up of 788 names across Division II-III women, including 28 New England Hockey Conference (NEHC) student-athletes. For a full-list of honorees, click here
