BOSTON – The Suffolk women's golf team returns to the Empire State this weekend to compete at the Martin and Wallace Invitational hosted by Cortland at the Cortland Country Club in Cortland, New York.

LAST TIME OUT
The Suffolk women's golf team turned in a 12th-place performance at the 42nd annual Mount Holyoke Invitational at The Orchards Golf Club over the weekend.

THE COURSE
Cortland Country Club is among picturesque hills of Central New York. 

The par-72 course is a favorite for tournaments. Overall, there are three different markers for women – Blue (76.7 slope), White (74.7 slope) and Red (72.0 slope).  

THE COMPETITION
Six other teams will join Suffolk at the Cortland Country Club including Empire 8 foes Keuka, Nazareth and St. John Fisher along with hosts Cortland, Ithaca, and William & Smith.

TEE-TIME
Saturday, Sept. 29
10:30 AM – Cortland // Ithaca // William & Smith
11:06 AM – Nazareth
11:15 AM – St. John Fisher
11:24 AM – Keuka // Suffolk
Sunday, Sept. 30
10:30 AM first tee time, teams slotted based off Day 1 standings.

WHAT'S NEXT?
Suffolk will play at the Ballston Spa Country Club in Saratoga, New York Oct. 6-7 where it will compete for the Empire 8 Championship.
