BOSTON – Suffolk women's basketball rides a five-game win streak into its non-conference finale, a Tuesday, Feb. 6 tilt with Hartford at 5:30 p.m. at Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court.

Suffolk women's basketball rattled off its fifth consecutive victory Saturday afternoon in convincing fashion as is the Rams coasted by Wentworth, 55-36, in CCC play at Tansey Gymnasium.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk moved to 16-5 on the year and 10-3 in CCC contests behind its five-game win streak that featured victories over Roger Williams (73-66), Gordon (91-59), Endicott (82-76), Western New England (66-53) and Wentworth (55-36. 

The Rams have three student-athletes averaging double-figures to anchor their 70.7 ppg offensive output. Amanda DeAngelis leads the way with 16.3 ppg. Lauren Romito (13.2 ppg) and Colby Guinta (10.1 ppg) round out the trio in second and third, respectively. 

DeAngelis and Romito are the top threats on the glass for the blue-and-gold. DeAngelis grabs 11.7 rpg to average a double-double, while Romito pulls down 9.6 rpg. 

HAVE TO KNOW 'BOUT THE HAWKS
Hartford fell in back-to-back games with a 61-49 setback to Roger Williams and an 89-61 setback at Endicott, to sit 9-11 overall. 

Like Suffolk, three Hawks average double figures in scoring in Adrianna McCoy (14.1 ppg), Ella Marchesani (10.9 ppg) an Taryn Blevins (10.1 ppg) to power the team's 62.3 ppg scoring. 

Defensively, Ava Naszimento's 7.7 rpg leads the way. Kendall Rieman adds 5.9 rpg and Sidnee Bowden pitches in 5.5 rpg. 

WE MEET AGAIN
Suffolk women's basketball slipped to Hartford, 67-58, in non-conference action Wednesday, Jan. 17 at Chase Arena.
