BOSTON – Suffolk women's basketball's final week of first semester play begins at Roger Williams Tuesday, Dec. 7. The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) contest is set for a 5:30 p.m. tip-off.

SUFFOLK ATHLETICS 2021-22 FAN POLICY
Suffolk University Athletics, following guidance from the University's health and safety protocols, Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC), Centers for Disease Control and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, plans to allow fans to attend home athletic contests during the 2021-22 academic and athletic year.
Fans, whether vaccinated or unvaccinated, can attend games. They must be masked the entire time they are on campus, pursuant to institutional policy, and complete a health screening form at the security desk of each building upon arrival. This policy applies to home contests played on campus at the Ridgeway Building's Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court, as well as the Emmons Horrigan O'Neil Memorial Rink and the Louis E. Porrazzo Memorial Skating Rink.
For outdoor outings, specifically at East Boston Memorial Park, fans are asked to respect COVID safety protocols. At this time, masks will not be mandated for fans no matter vaccinated status at outdoor venues.

LAST TIME OUT
Powered by a pair of upperclassmen, Jenni-Rose DiCecco and Allie Lopes, Suffolk women's basketball notched its first Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) victory, a 65-55, triumph over Western New England Saturday afternoon at Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk picked up its first CCC win, a 65-55 decision over Western New England Saturday, to improve to 6-2 on the season and 1-1 in league action.
The Rams have the second-most powerful offense in the conference with 71.3 ppg. Suffolk's scoring is well-balanced with just two everyday players averaging double figures in graduate student Jenni-Rose DiCecco (14.5) and senior Allie Lopes (10.0). Fellow upperclassmen Natalie Fraioli (8.6 ppg), Gabriella DeComo (8.0 ppg) and Emily Welling(7.6 ppg) are consistent contributors to the offensive output as well.
Welling's 8.7 rpg anchor the blue-and-gold's 49.7 rpg. Amanda DeAngelis adds 5.9 rpg with Fraioli pulling down 5.8 rpg.
HAVE TO KNOW 'BOUT THE HAWKS
Roger Williams had taken the court six times this season and holds a perfect 6-0 record including a 2-0 league ledger.
The unbeaten Hawks 70.2 points per outing offense has outscored opponents by 19.0 ppg. On the boards, RWU grabs 46.8 rpg, outrounding its foes by 12.5.
Karli Opalka is averaging a double-double of 14.2 ppg and 12.8 rpg to lead on both ends of the hardwood. Katie Galligan and Elie Caroline pitch into the offense with 12.3 ppg and 11.0 ppg, respectively.
INSIDE THE SERIES
- Suffolk and Roger Williams will meet for the 14th time, first since Nov. 25, 2014.
- The Rams are 10-3 in the all-time series.
- The blue-and-gold has rattled off three straight wins over the Hawks including the last meeting, 60-53 Nov. 25, 2014.
