The Suffolk University Women's Basketball team improved to a 14-7 overall mark and a 7-3 record within Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) play with a 71-46 victory over the Pine Manor Gators on Saturday afternoon.

Junior Lindsey Rogers (Gloucester, Mass.) recorded a double-double scoring 14 points to go along with 10 rebounds to pace the Rams. Rogers was a perfect 8-for-8 from the free-throw line for Suffolk.

Senior Meghan Black (Roslindale, Mass.) and sophomore Jennifer Ruys (Wallingford, Conn.) each chipped in with 11 points to pace the Rams.

Suffolk will be back in action on Tuesday evening as they travel across to Boston Common to take on Emerson College in GNAC action at 7:00pm.
