
WINTER HAVEN, Fla. – Suffolk softball stumbled in it's the Spring Games finale to Earlham, 12-0, in five innings Thursday afternoon at the DiamondPlex.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Earlham scored multiple runs in every other inning, while Suffolk's offense was limited to three hits, two of which came in the second inning, en route to a 12-0, five-inning final in Quakers' favor.
PITCHERS PICTURE
- Lily Newhall (2.0 IP, 7 R, 6 ER, 8 H, 1 K), Ella Turnbull (2.0 IP, 1 R, 2 H, 2 BB, 3 K) and Ashlyn Conley (1.0 IP, 4 R, 4 H, 1 K) all saw time in the circle.
- Tatum Rickert earned the shutout win behind 3.0 innings of scoreless work with two hits, two walks and two strikeouts to her credit.
- Morgan Cooskey closed for Earlham and put together a one-hit, one-walk effort.
STATISTICALLY SPEAKING
- Abby Barnaby, Ava Brandow and Giavanna Bellino were responsible for Suffolk's hits with one each.
- Avery Carvalho walked twice, and Lily Gustafson drew one base on balls.
