RECORDS: Suffolk (3-7) | Clarkson (3-3)

HOW IT HAPPENED
Both sides had their chances with base runners over the first three innings with Suffolk's best shot coming in the bottom of the fourth. Clarkson managed to capitalize on two Rams' errors to begin the scoring and put three runs on the board in the top of the fifth.

The 3-0 score stood in the Golden Knights' favor as the game transitioned into the home half of the seventh.Grace McGonagle drew a base on balls with one out before the lineup turned over with the Rams' three seniors due up.Grace Boehler flew out to center before Samantha Jacques single to center kept the inning going. Ashley Zulla's last collegiate at bat could have been heroic for Suffolk, however, the ball bounced into a ground out to third for the final out of the day and season.
