On Saturday, March 29 the Suffolk University Softball team will host their Annual Coaches Vs. Cancer Awareness doubleheader as they take on St. Joseph's College (ME) in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) action.

The initiative started last year by Head Coach Jaclyn Davis will look to raise for funds for Breast Cancer Awareness which has been a major focal point of the Suffolk Athletics Department throughout the calendar year.

Saturday's doubleheader will begin at 12:00pm at Popoulo Field in Boston's North End (561 Commercial St.).

Following the completion of game two, the Softball team will putting on a home run derby for anyone who would like to compete. The price of admission for two swings in the contest will be five dollars, while ten dollars will get you five swings.

The game will be in collaboration with the American Cancer Society. Those who cannot attend but may wish to donate can do so following this link.
