Game two was much of the same as the Rams score five times in the home half of the fifth to force the game to end early as Suffolk won 8-0. Suffolk hit six doubles in the second game as they combined for 11 hits total as a team. Sophomore Brooke Hirschfeld (Winchester, Mass.) pushed her season record to 5-4 on the hill for the Rams as she breezed through five innings of work only allowing one hit while striking out six. Sophomore Liz Galvin (Medway, Mass.) scored twice and drove in a pair of runs in the nightcap to help pace the Rams offense. Sophomores Cali Loura (Farmington, Conn.) and Karina Bolster (Carlisle, Penn.) each had two hits in game two.

The Rams will be back in action on Tuesday as they take on UMass-Boston in non-league action beginning at 3:00pm.
