Track & Field Has Four Rams in Action this Weekend

BOSTON – With the 2025 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships a week away, Suffolk has one last chance to earn a spot at the big dance and Rams will split up at two different meets to try and do so. Michael Makiej will represent the blue-and-gold in the high jump at the NEICAAA Championships, while Tim BarrySydney Fogg and Amalia Dorion will jet set to Azusa, California.

NEICAAA CHAMPIONSHIPS
Michael Makiej will high jump at NEICAAA's at UMass Amherst Saturday. He currently sits 30th in NCAA DIII in the event. If he produces a personal-best again, he is just one height away, he will likely clinch a spot at nationals.  

FRANSON LATE CHANCE

  • Tim Barry will run the 800 in what might be his final collegiate race.
  • Sydney Fogg will run the 5k and attempt to become the fourth Suffolk women's runner to break the 18:00 barrier.
  • Amalia Dorion will race the 10k and attempt to break the school record.
