All-New England via the New England DIII Cross Country and Track & Field Association … GNAC Male Field Rookie of the Year … GNAC Champion in the hammer throw … All-GNAC honoree in the hammer throw … Sealed up his spot at NCAA DIII New England Regionals in the hammer throw at Tufts’ Snowflake Opener at Dussault Track behind a toss of 45.76 meters, good for second in the field of 31 competitors (March 30) … Topped the 12-man hammer throw field at the Regis Spring Classic with a 46.63-meter showing (April 5) … Put together a fourth-place finish in the hammer throw (47.90) at Fitchburg State’s Jim Sheehan Memorial Invitational (April 6) … Took fourth in the hammer throw (47.60) and tossed the discus at the Penman Relays (April 13) … Put together an eight-place performance in the hammer throw (46.72) at MIT’s Sean Collier Invitational (April 20) … Won the hammer throw with a course record-setting throw of 46.64 and claimed sixth in the discus (31.16) at the GNAC Championships (April 28) … Placed eighth in the hammer throw (48.49) at the NCAA DIII New England Regionals (May 4).
