NEICAAA CHAMPIONSHIPS
NEICAAA sponsors collegiate championships in three events – cross country, indoor track & field and outdoor track & field. These championships have produced NCAA champions, Olympic medalist and even Boston Marathon championships.

The first edition of the New England Track & Field Championships was held in 1887 and is currently the second oldest track and field meet organized in the United States – second to only the IC4A's Championship, which was started 11 years earlier.

QUALIFILYING QUALIFICATIONS
The top 32 athletes from a New England school across all three NCAA Divisions in each event, who have met the championships standards outlined here, are invited to compete.

SUFFOLK AT NEICAAA CHAMPIONSHIPS
A year ago multiple Rams competed against the best-of-the-best in New England at the NEICAAA Championships for the first time. This year, Michael Makiej will be the lone Suffolk student-athlete competing and he will do in historic fashion as the first Ram to high jump.

SUFFOLK'S SCHEDULE
The Rams await their NCAA Division III Indoor Championship fate, which will be released Sunday, March 9 on NCAA.com.
