BOSTON – Suffolk men's tennis will wrap up its home and conference campaign Saturday, April 20 when the Rams host Norwich in a 1 p.m. tilt at the Woburn Racquet Club.

LAST TIME OUT
The Suffolk men's tennis team dropped a GNAC road match to Regis, 7-2, Wednesday afternoon.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk found its way back into the win column on Tuesday afternoon with a 7-2 victory over Lesley before falling to GNAC foe Regis, 7-2, the following day. The Rams sit at 2-9 on the year and 0-4 in league action heading into Saturday's showdown.

Nick Vaillancourt continues to be a staple for the Rams; he owns a 3-4 overall record with wins in the second and fourth spots, respectively.

Mike DeFelice has been a constant force in doubles play in the first positon. Over the last two matches he has teamed up with both Chris Parnagian and Davis Altimonte to bring home victories.

CADETS CATCHUP
Norwich brings in an 8-10 and 0-3 league ledger into the week with a Thursday (April 18) tilt at Regis preceding the Cadets visit to the Rams Saturday.

Dylan Ackerman has held down the ace position for the Cadets and currently sits 3-12 on the year.

In doubles action, Sam Beiter has partnered with Alexi Gilmore in the top position. The duo has made 12 appearances as the primary tandem and owns a 3-9 ledger.

INSIDE THE SERIES 

  • Since 2009 Suffolk and Norwich have met 13 times with the Rams' leading the series 10-3.
  • The blue-and-gold last downed the Cadets, 8-1, on April 21, 2018.
