BOSTON – The Suffolk men's tennis team looks to get back on track as it is set for non-conference clashes with Wheelock and UMass Dartmouth. The Rams will first host the Wildcats Wednesday, April 18 at 6:30 p.m., before entertain the Corsairs Thursday, April 19 at 6 p.m. Both non-league matches will take place at North Reading High School.

LAST TIME OUT
In its first-ever GNAC match versus Regis, the Suffolk men's tennis team fell, 7-2, to the Pride at Winchester Tennis Courts Saturday night.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk has dropped the last four outings to dip to 3-6 on the season. 

Ariel Ilarslan Russo has provided a spark on the top spot for the Rams in his first season as the freshman boasts an undefeated singles record, 6-0, to lead the way.

WILDCAT WAYS
Wheelock sandwiched identical 5-4 victory over Becker around a sweep to Nichols to sit 2-1 on the season. 

Arvin Hedayaty has been the Wildcats ace this season and has played with Amos Jackson as the top tandem.

CORSAIRS CATCH UP
UMass Dartmouth brings in a 5-6 overall mark. 

UMass Dartmouth brings in a 4-6 overall mark and enters Tuesday coming off a 5-4 setback to UMass Boston. 

Patrick Pacheco has played 10 matches as the Corsairs ace and boasts a 3-6 record. Tristin VIale, who has played the majority of time in the second singles slot (2-8) played one outing at No. 1 and is unbeaten that that position. 

Anthony Joseph and Eli Brooks are the most successful singles racquets for Dartmouth, both of who are 4-6. Joseph has played on courts two and three, while Brooks has seen time at three and four. 

In doubles, Joseph and Viale combine for the best team with a 5-2 ledger all in the second spot.

Suffolk concludes the GNAC regular season this weekend as it heads to Norwich Saturday, April 21 for a 1 p.m. conference contest.
