Coach Zeikus is currently in his fifth season at the helm of Suffolk University's men’s soccer. He has been associated with Suffolk since 2005, first as a graduate fellow, receiving his master's degree in Administration of Higher Education in 2006, and later as an assistant men’s soccer coach. Since his promotion to head coach in 2008, Coach Zeikus has led the Rams to five Great Northeast Athletic Conference  (GNAC) postseason tournament appearances and has had a total of 10 players named All-GNAC, including three first team selections. In 2010, under Zeikus' guidance, the Rams claimed the program's first ever GNAC Championship and made their first appearance in the NCAA Men's Soccer Tournament.

Coach Zeikus' tireless recruiting efforts and dedication to bringing out the best in his players have helped propel the Rams' offense to national rankings: in 2009, 2.74 goals per game placed them at 20th in the nation, and in 2010, the Rams scored a record-breaking 11 goals in a single game, and were ranked 31st in the nation, with an average of 2.45 goals per game. Coach Zeikus' focus on developing each player's potential has led his student-athletes to receive high recognition. Danny Lloyd (Tegucigalpa, Honduras) during his four-year career scored 27 career goals in conference games-- the most all-time in GNAC history for a single player in league competition-- and was named GNAC Rookie of the Year in 2008, and GNAC Player of the Year in 2009. Ben Rollins (Lee, N.H) was named GNAC Tournament MVP 2010, and in 2012, he earned the distinction of being the first Suffolk men's soccer player named to the Capital One Academic All-District team, as well as the first to receive honorable mention at the 2012 Men's College Division Scholar All-East Region by National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA). Coach Zeikus' student-athletes carry their achievement on the field into the classroom, as well, earning the Rams a NSCAA College Team Academic Award in 2009 and 2012.

A Lithuanian national, Coach Zeikus began playing both soccer and basketball at age 7. He attended “Suduva” high school and played for various athletic clubs in his home country, including Sports’ School ZSM, Lithuanian Sports University, BC “Alga”, “LKKA-Atletas”, and KK “Notomas.” In the U.S., he played for Husson University while earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education. Coach Zeikus has coached AAU Basketball for Boston “Warriors” and “A Step Ahead”; worked numerous sports camps including Mass Elite, Mass Youth Soccer, Nike, Paul Pierce, and Boston Celtics; and also with student-athletes at Hermon, Medford, Boston English and Boston Latin high schools. Aside from his coaching duties at Suffolk, Coach Zeikus also teaches Physical Education to Josiah Quincy Upper School and coordinates the PE program for the Wang YMCA. He is currently a graduate student at Boston University School of Education in their C.A.G.S. program in Curriculum and Teaching, with a concentration in Physical Education, Health and Coaching.
