Harlow Named CNE Defensive Player of the Week

CNE RELEASE

BEVERLY, Mass. – Nathan Harlow of the Suffolk men's soccer team was selected as Conference of New England (CNE) Defensive Player of the Week after shutting out Wentworth in the regular-season finale, the league office announced Monday.

Harlow denied all six shots he faced at WIT en route to the 3-0 cleansheet, the sophomore's sixth of the season.

The weekly accolade is the first of the season for the London, England product and third of his collegiate career. He is the Rams' keeper to be recognized by the league with a weekly defensive player of the week since he himself earned the title Sept. 25, 2023. The weekly award is Suffolk's third of the year as Francisco Valck and Diego Pierantozzi were named the4 conference's best offensive player in a seven-day span Sept. 3 and Sept. 17, respectively.

Suffolk is back in action Wednesday, Nov. 6 as the second-seeded Rams entertain three seeded Western New England in the 2024 CNE Semifinals at East Boston Memorial Park's James A. Sartori Stadium at 7:00 p.m.
