Suffolk men's soccer took a two-goal lead and held off the University of New England down the stretch to take a 2-1 Conference of New England victory over the Nor'Easters Saturday afternoon at James A. Sartori Stadium at East Boston Memorial Park.

SUFFOLK SCORES

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk took down UNE, 2-1, last Saturday, Sept. 28 to hold a 4-3-3 overall record and move to 1-0-1 in CNE contests. 

The Rams' 19-goal offense is led by Damon Smargon and Francisco Valck, both of whom have eight points. Smargon's stat line features three goals and two helpers, while Valck has found the back of the net a team-best four times.   

Nathan Harlow is the blue-and-gold's usual keeper. He sports a 1.25 GAA and .714 save percentage in eight games played, seven starts. Harlow holds a 3-2-3 record with two shutouts. 

HAVE TO KNOW 'BOUT THE HAWKS
Hartford holds a 7-1-1 record and 1-1-0 CNE mark. The Hawks ride a three-game win streak into Saturday's showdown.  

Kellijah Morgan is a force for the Hawks with 17 points behind a nearly even stat line of six goals and five assists, all of which top the team's offensive categories. Alex Quinones has an evenly split nine-point state line between goals (3) and helpers (3).  

Ryan Lunn is Hartford's every day starter in net. He brings in a 1.18 GAA and .789 save percentage with a 5-1-1 ledger and three shutouts.
