LAST TIME OUT
A pair of goals in a four-minute span late in the first frame proved to be the difference, as Suffolk men's soccer defeated Hartford, 2-1, Saturday afternoon at Al-Marzook Field at Alumni Stadium. The win extended the Rams win streak to five, its longest since 2006.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk, who was most recently ranked a program-best third in Region II by the United Soccer Coaches, stretched its win streak to five Saturday behind a 2-1 win at Hartford to improve to 7-2-1 on the season. The five wins in a row are the most since the blue-and-gold had five straight wins Sept. 20-Oct. 4, 2006.

A pair of Rams have produced double digit points to anchor Suffolk's 23-goal offense. Diego Pierantozzi sits atop the team in points (12) and goals (6), while Francisco Valck, who is on a two-game point streak, boasts a three-goal, four-assist stat line. Matthew Belluardo has found the back of the net three times as well.

Nathan Harlow has been the blue-and-gold's go-to-goalie as of late, starting the last four games. The freshman has assembled a 1.00 GAA and .818 save percentage through six starts this season for a 5-1-0 record. Xander Balog has also stood tall in goal. The junior brings in a 1.00 GAA and .714 save percentage in four starts.

EYES ON THE EAGLES
Boston College was edged by Virginia Tech Friday night to dip to 2-4-3 on the year.

The Eagles have scored five goals through nine games led by Jonathan Murphy's two. Farwell Aidan's three points, good for second on the squad, are split between goals (1) and assists (1), with Augustine Boadi and Ted Cargill rounding out the scorers with one goal apiece. Xavier O'Neil has set-up a team-high two shots.

Brennan Klein has started all, but two of BC's games in net. He holds a 0.58 GAA and a .833 save percentage for a 2-3-2 ledge with three shutouts. Leon Musial holds a 2.38 GAA and 0.545 save percentage in his three appearances, two starts.
