LAST TIME OUT
A trio of first half goals from Colby Sawyer was too much for Suffolk men's soccer as the Rams fell, 3-1, Saturday afternoon at James A. Sartori Stadium at East Boston Memorial Park.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Coming off a three-game losing streak, the Rams look to end its season on a high note. Suffolk enters the fray with a 5-9-1 slate and a 3-7 record against GNAC foes.  

Suffolk's offense has produced 22 goals so far this season. Sunjoon Tenorio has impressed in his first season, leading the Rams by finding the back of the net 10 times. Simon Velez Angel is second best with three goals and Emilio Tenacio has set up the most with three helpers to his name. 

Kyle Rosa has held down the Rams starting goalie spot for the last six contests. Rosa posts a stat line of 2.25 GAA and a .622 save percentage. Steven Lopez has seen time in net as well. He boasts a .704 save percentage and a 2.77 GAA. 

RAIDERS ROUND UP
Rivier enters its final game of the season on a 14-game losing streak, holding a 1-16-1 record, while fairing 0-10-0 in conference play.

The Raiders' 15 goal offense is spearheaded by Kelvin Cortez' seven goals. Cortez is supported by Fred Kazalski and Anthony Zucco, who have each scored three times. James DiGiovanni has the lone assist of the season for the Raiders.  

Collin Deyarmin has played every minute in net. He has allowed 2.38 goals per game and has saved .700 shots that came his way. 

INSIDE THE SERIES

  • Suffolk is 11-6-0 all-time versus Rivier dating back to 2002.
  • Eight contests have been decided in shutout fashion in the series. In those meetings, Suffolk is 6-2.
  • The Rams largest margin of victory against Rivier is nine with a pair of 9-0 cleansheets over the Raiders, which came in back-to-back seasons, 2009 and 2010, respectively.
  • A game has never extended regulation in the series.
