RAMS REVIEW
After is highest offensive output since a 7-0 victory at Rivier Oct. 11, 2017, Suffolk moved to 3-4-1 on the year and 2-3-0 in GNAC play.

The Rams scoring spark saw more individuals contribute offensively, but Sunjoon Tenorio was once again a factor. The rookie anchors the attack for the blue-and-gold with a team-best five goals to his credit. Senior Simon Velez Angel is second on the squad in points with seven behind three markers and one set-up, while freshman Emilio Tenacio has a flipped stat line of Velez Angel with one strike and three helpers for five points.

Tom Bennett is Suffolk's usual started in net. The sophomore holds a 2-2-1 record with 27 saves and 13 goals allowed for a 2.31 GAA and .675 save percentage. Steven Lopez has played a significant amount of time as well. The senior has put together a .750 save percentage and a 2.24 GAA over four appearances including three starters.

SAINTS SAYINGS
Emmanuel has put together a pair of 2-0 cleansheets on the road at Regis and Rivier to head to Eastie with a 5-4-0 overall mark and 2-1-0 league ledger.

The Saints scoring is propelled by Alec Erskine, who has had a hand in 10 of Emmanuel's 15 goals. The sophomore has found the back eight times himself and set-up two other scorers. Sean Allen has potted the rock twice this year and Robert Danielian is a consistent contributor offensively as well with a squad-best four handouts and one goal.

Emmanuel uses the tandem of Vincent Conelli and Jonathan Ferrarini in net. Conelli holds the better numbers with a .857 save percentage and 0.85 GAA, while Ferrarini, who has played more time, boasts a .743 save percentage and a 1.74 GAA.

INSIDE THE SERIES

  • Three contests have needed extra time to determine a winner. Suffolk holds a 2-0-1 record in OT games against Emmanuel.
  • Four contests were cleansheets. Suffolk is 3-1-0 when one team is kept off the scoreboard when playing the Saints.
