BOSTON – In the midst of a three-game road swing, the Suffolk men's soccer team continues play away from home this week as it pays visits to Regis and Lasell. The Rams take on the Pride Thursday, Sept. 17 at 7 p.m., before stepping back into GNAC play on the Lasers' home field Saturday, Sept. 19 at 2:30 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT
The Suffolk men's soccer team battled Lesley on Monday evening in a crosstown rivalry matchup, but it was the Lynx that came away with a 2-0 victory over the Rams at Edward Field.

Suffolk, which mustered five shots, all on target, was heled in check by the stingy Lesley defense. The Lynx attack capitalized on its number of chances and found the back of the net twice thanks to Chris Anderson and Harrison Sidell.

RUNDOWN ON THE RAMS
Despite earning its first result of the season in its season opener against Mount Ida, the Suffolk Rams fell at Lesley, 2-0, Monday to still be in the hunt for their first victory of the season. The Rams carry a 0-4-1 record and 0-0-1 GNAC mark into action this week.

Suffolk has scored three goals through its first five games, all off different Rams cleats, with Ben Daniels, Alvin Di and Eugenio Ottino each earning a goal. Jordan Casey own's Suffolk's lone assist on the year, as the freshman midfielder helped Daniels' on his fourth career goal.

Nicholas Chamma and Ianis Texiera have split action as the Rams' keep this season. In two starts, Chamma, who is 0-1-1 on the year, has made 10 saves and allowed three goals for a 1.35 goals-against average and. 769 save percentage. Teixeria has let in 11 scores and turned away five shots in his three appearances.

PROWL ON THE PRIDE
Regis (3-2-1) returns to its home field Thursday night following a 1-1, double-overtime draw at GNAC member Anna Maria Monday.  Nine differ players have found the back of the net for the Pride with Christian Mukala and Renato Rosas leading the team with two goals each.  Don Gomez and Dillon Lanctot match Mukala and Rosas' four points with one score and one handout each. Manny Santiago has started all six games in net for Regis and stopped 36 shots. The junior owns a 1.94 goals-against average and a .745 save percentage.

LITTLE BIT 'BOUT THE LASERS
Lasell will look to snap its season long losing streak Saturday after the Lasers fell to Endicott, 3-0, Tuesday night. Lasell stands at 0-4 on the season and 0-1 in conference play and has yet to tally a score.

Conor Fitzgerald has the most shot attempts for the Lasers with the senior forward sending to on target. Miguel Colmenares has seen the prominent time in goal for Lasell this season. The senior keeper has allowed 13 goals, made 23 saves and owns a .639 save percentage.

LOOKING AHEAD
The Rams take a seven-day break before returning to action at the friendly confines of James A. Sartori Stadium at East Boston Memorial Park Saturday, Sept. 26 for a 3:30 p.m. contest versus Norwich.
