
BURRILLVILLE, R.I. – Suffolk men's hockey skated to a 1-1 Conference of New England stalemate with Nichols in its regular-season finale Friday night at Levy Rink in Burrillville, Rhode Island. The Rams garnered the extra shootout point by a 2-1 margin.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Nichols netted the first goal of the day when Luke Harvie found the back of the net 13:55 into the contest.
The Rams leveled the playing field on the power play 8:59 into the middle period thanks to Scott McManus, who had help from Gavin Havens and Michael McEachern.
The score stood still from there as neither team was able to tuck the puck away in the third or the five-minute extra session.
In the shootout, Daniel McKiernan and McManus connected to Hapward did his job by denying two of the three Bison attempts to push Suffolk to the 2-1 shootout win.
