BOSTON – Suffolk men's hockey returns to action following the Thanksgiving holiday Sunday, Dec. 1 when the Rams welcome Wesleyan to Louis E. Porrazzo Memorial Skating Rink. Puck is scheduled to drop at 4:50 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT
Suffolk men's hockey went goal-for-goal over the first two periods with Colby and neither team gained the edge in either the third or overtime to have the non-conference pre-Thanksgiving tune-up end in a 2-2 deadlock Tuesday night at the Jack Kelley Rink. The Rams went on to grab the shootout, 2-1.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk holds a 3-4-2 overall record and is in search for its first victory since a convincing 5-1 triumph over Worcester State Nov. 13.
The Rams' 15 goal offense has a pair of players with four points in Gavin Havens and Scott McManus Both sophomores sport a two-goal, two-assist stat line. Josh Milso (2g, 1a), Jack Robinson (2g, 1a) and Ryan Webb (1g, 2a) all have provided three points to the offensive unit.
CJ Hapward is the usual netminder for the blue-and-gold. In nine games played, all starts, he has assembled a 2.03 GAA and .922 save percentage.
CARDINALS CATCH-UP
Wesleyan sits 1-4-0 on the season with its lone victory coming over Amherst, 3-1, last Sunday, Nov. 24.
Ethan Davidson powers the Cardinals 11-goal scoring unit with eight points on two strikes and a team-best six helpers. Hayden Hanes and Connor Sutherland have found the back of the net three times each. Hanes sits second on the squad with points with four with one assist also to his credit, while Sutherland is one of three skaters with three points along with Owen Sweet (1g, 2a) and Patrick Morrissey (3a).
Ethan Fehrenbaker (3.76 GAA, .881 save %) and Patrick McDevitt (3.23 GAA, .902 save %) have split time in net. McDevitt is Wesleyan's usual starter though with four. Fehrenbaker has appeared twice with one start under his belt.
INSIDE THE SERIES
- Suffolk and Wesleyan will meet for the second time, first since Jan. 3, 2015.
- The Rams took down the Cardinals in the first-ever and only meeting, 5-2, Jan. 3, 2015.

SUFFOLK'S SCHEDULE
The Rams return to Conference of New England (CNE) action next weekend, Dec. 6-7, to wrap up first semester play. Suffolk will entertain Johnson & Wales Friday, before visiting the Wildcats Saturday. Both conference contests have 6:00 p.m. starts.
