
WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Suffolk men's hockey slipped to Western New England, 3-1, Saturday night in Commonwealth Coast Conference action at the Olympia Ice Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Golden Bears started the scoring 2:44 into the action and potted a pair of pucks in the middle period in a 2:55-span to put Suffolk in its three-goal hole it never found its way out of.
Devin Lowe got the Rams on the board at the midway point of the second with a power play goal with help from Ryan Harrigan and Peter Nugent.
The score stood still the rest of the way as both netminders stood up to the tests.
