BOSTON – Cameron Sinopoli is back as the sole captain of Suffolk men's golf for the 2022-23 season, first-year head coach Ken DiMaggio announced Wednesday. 

It is the fourth straight season that the Rams' men's golf team will be led by a single captain with Sinopoli starting his second term. The Marlborough, Massachusetts, native is the first blue-and-gold golfer to be named captain in back-to-back seasons.

A year ago, the junior competed in all seven events and helped the Rams earn a spot in the CCC Championships, where Suffolk finished took fourth. 

The 2022 season is days away with action set to get started at the Duke Nelson Invitational Sept. 10-11 at the Ralph Myhre Golf Club in Middlebury, Vermont.
