
NORTH DARTMOUTH, Mass. – Suffolk men's golf wrapped up its 2019 spring slate April 19-20 as the Rams competed in UMass Dartmouth's Lafrance Hospitality Hampton Inn Invitational at Allendale County Club.
The two-day event was the conclusion of the seventh annual Spring Series, which features a trio of events throughout the spring schedule.
As a team, Suffolk's score of 669 put the blue-and-gold in 13 in the 15-team field. Invitational host UMass Dartmouth captured the title with a combined score of 623.
Individually, Andrew Harper stood out for Suffolk. The junior shared 41st after upstaging his day-one 89 with a day-two 76 to finish with aa 165 overall. Demetrois Stamoulis was also inside the top 50 as his 168 was good for a tie for 49.
Owen Boggini and Stephen Ferrante each shot two strokes more than Stamoulis to share 53.
Brian Dunleavy wrapped up the Rams' golfers on the greenway with a 181 to claim 71st.
