BOSTON – Coming off its season-opening victory, the Suffolk men's golf team readies for its first two-day invitational of the 2016 campaign as the Rams are set to compete at the Blazers Invitational hosted by Elms College at the Hickory Ridge Country Club in Amherst, Massachusetts. The first round on each day will begin at 10 a.m.

LAST TIME OUT
In their first competition of the season, all five Rams cards scored in the 80s to lead the Suffolk men's golf team to the Emmanuel Invitational crown Wednesday afternoon at the William J. Devine Golf Course at Franklin Park.

RUNDOWN ON THE RAMS
While all golfers in blue-and-gold carded in the 80s in the season opener, Suffolk's freshman class paved the way for the Rams. Demetrois Stamouli's 80 from the No. 5 leading the way topped Suffolk's scores with his classmate Owen Boggini just one stroke off his pace. Seniors Mark Fusco and Patrick Hambleton, as well as sophomore Stephen Ferrante, also competed for the Rams at the Emmanuel Invitational. 

WHAT'S NEXT?
Suffolk will go head-to-head versus Eastern Nazarene Friday, Sept. 28. Tee time is scheduled for 11:30 a.m.
