Suffolk men's basketball suffered its first Conference of New England (CNE) loss of the season as Roger Williams knocked down the Rams, 83-59, Saturday afternoon at the Hawks' Campus Rec Center.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk aims to bounce back from its first CNE loss of the year, an 83-59 setback at Roger Williams Saturday, that put the Rams at 7-4 on the season and 3-1 in conference contests.  

Keenan Robertson continues to be a force on both ends of the hardwood with 20.1 ppg and 8.7 rpg, team-leading numbers in both categories. Danny Yardemian is a usual topic of conversation offensively and defensively as well with 11.4 ppg, 3.9 apg and 1.2 spg. Nick Verdile adds 9.7 ppg, usually from downtown, while Jake Gomez provides 7.9 ppg and 6.5 rpg. 

FIGHTING SCOTS FACTS
Like Suffolk, Gordon dropped two straight games – a 71-60 decision against Bowdoin and an 85-81 game at Hartford – to sit 5-6 on the year and 1-3 in CNE action.  

Bernie McGuinness powers the Fighting Scots offense with 18.8 ppg. Alex Daniel adds 12.3 ppg, Ryan Brooks chips in 11.8 ppg and Bryce Smith sets up the offense with 4.6 apg. Brooks is the top rebounder with 6.3 rpg to his credit, while McGuinness adds 5.7 rpg and Smith supplies 5.0 rpg.
