
BEVERLY, Mass. – Suffolk men's basketball's Keenan Robertson received Conference of New England (CNE) Player of the Week recognition thanks to his effort in the 74-60 win at Salem State.
Robertson, a senior from Rochester, New York, put together a 30-point, 14-rebound double-double to anchor the blue-and-gold to its 14-point triumph over the Vikings. He shot 13-for-18 from the floor including a 1-for-2 conversion rate from 3-point land and a 3-for-5 showing at the charity strip. The 30-point performance is the fourth of his career and first since he scored 30 against Wentworth Jan. 28, 2023. To reach the 30-point feat, he tied a personal-best 13 field goals made.
The weekly accolade is the fifth of Robertson's career, fourth time he was name the league's best player in a seven-day span. It is the first time that a Ram picked up the conference's player of the week since Danny Yardemian took home the feat Jan. 29, 2024.
Robertson and Suffolk are back in action tomorrow, Tuesday, Nov. 18 when they host Tufts at 7:00 p.m. at Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court.
