BOSTON – Suffolk men's basketball takes its three-game win streak to Salve Regina Wednesday, Jan. 19 for a 7:30 p.m. Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) tip-off.

UPDATED FAN POLICY
With the health and well-being of students and staff remaining the highest priority, effective immediately, spectators will not be permitted at Suffolk University Athletics home contests through the end of January 2022. At that time, the spectator policy will be reevaluated. 

The change in the spectator policy comes as a precaution against the increase in COVID cases throughout the city, state and region.  

The spectator policy applies to on-campus venues including, but not limited to, Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court, home of Suffolk basketball, as well as off-campus locations in the men's ice hockey home rink, Emmons Horrigan O'Neil Memorial Rink, and the women's hockey arena, Louis E. Porrazzo Memorial Skating Rink.

LAST TIME OUT
Suffolk men's basketball stormed back from a 16-point, second-half deficit to clip Endicott, 86-82, Saturday afternoon in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action at Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk improved to 11-2 on the year and 6-1 in CCC play after its thrilling win over Endicott Saturday, Jan. 15.  

The Rams starting five is all producing double figures to pace the team's league-best 89.4 points per game offensive output. Nate Hale's 19.8 ppg is leading the way with the Aidan Sullivan (12.9), William Rowe (11.9), John Gates(11.4) and Keenan Robertson (10.2) rounding out the top five scoring threats. 

Rowe and Robertson are the biggest on the boards. The former grabs 6.8 rpg and the latter pulls down 6.7 rpg to lead the blue-and-gold's 38.5 rpg. 

SEAHAWKS SAYINGS
Salve Regina returned to the win column Monday, Jan. 17 with a 76-69 triumph at the University of New England to head into the midweek action 10-4 on the year in 5-2 in CCC action.  

Mikey Spencer's 20.4 ppg is 25 percent of the Seahawks 79.1 ppg offense. Cameron Collins is a top scorer as well with 18.5 ppg with Clay Brochu (11.4) and Kevin Kelly (11.3) averaging double figures also. 

Collins and Spencer anchor the effort on the boards. Collins brings down 7.2 rpg and Spencer adds 7.0 rpg to lead Salve's 42.1 rpg performance.
