BOSTON – The Suffolk men's basketball team takes its four-game win streak into its final non-conference clash of the year Monday, Jan. 14 when the Rams head to Western New England. Game time between the out-of-league foes is set for 7 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT
The Suffolk men's basketball team lifted the lid on its GNAC schedule in the win column as the Rams took down Johnson & Wales, 77-67, Saturday afternoon inside Regan Gymnasium.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk has found its rhythm as of late, winning four straight games to improve to 9-5 on the year. 

The Rams have seen well-balanced scoring as the team averages 77.7 ppg. Thomas Duffy leads the quartet of student-athletes in double figures as the junior guard puts up 14.6 ppg. Brendan Mulson and Michael Hagopian are nearly sharing second on the squad with 12.7 ppg and 12.6 ppg, respectively. Alex Jacovides rounds out the foursome with 10.1 ppg. The sophomore is the Rams' biggest threat on the long ball, shooting 60 percent from behind-the-arc. 

Steven DiPrizio paces the pace on the boards with 6.2 rpg and adds an 8.9 ppg punch to the offense. Mulson (4.8 rpg) and Duffy (4.6 rpg) are also consistent contributors on the glass for the Rams.

GET TO KNOW THE GOLDEN BEARS
Western New England put together an offensive onslaught over Curry Saturday, defeating the Colonels, 101-74, to head into Monday night's matchup 5-11 on the season. 

Mikey Pettway is the hot hands offensively as the senior guard's 20.9 ppg anchors the Golden Bears' 79.5 ppg offense. Junior Mike McGuire adds 12.3 ppg with sophomores Alex Sikorski (11.0 ppg) and Zachary Tavitian (10.9 ppg) and freshman Antonio Brancato (10.1 ppg) joining the upperclassmen in double digits. 

Sikorski is the top rebounded for WNE with 5.4 rpg to his credit. Tavitian pitches in 5.0 rpg and McGuire adds 4.2 rpg.
