LAST TIME OUT
The Suffolk men's basketball team kept things as a one possession game for the majority of the second half against Salve Regina, but the Seahawks coupled back-to-back hoops to open a slim margin the visitors would not relinquish to defeat the Reams, 75-68, Sunday afternoon inside Regan Gymnasium.

RUNDOWN ON THE RAMS
Suffolk carries a 0-5 record into the season with all five defeats coming at a 10-point or less margin.

As a team the Rams put in 66.4 ppg, paced by 12.4 from sophomore Steven DiPrizio. Classmates Jim Djema and Michael Hagopian add 11.8 ppg, respectively, with freshman George Grillakis also averaging double figures in 10.2 ppg.

On the defensive end, Suffolk grabs 29.0 rpg with rookie Thomas Duffy's 4.6 rpg leading the way. Grillakis and senior Quinn McCartney add 4.0 rpg, each to the effort.

WILDCAT WAYS
Wheelock moved to 2-2 on the year after a 96-65 setback at UMass Boston Nov. 22.

Anthony Williams is the key factor in Wheelock's lineup as the junior forward leads the way on both ends of the court with 17.6 ppg and 8.2 rpg. Classmate Nicholas Fenton is second on the squad in scoring at 9.2 ppg.

INSIDE THE SERIES
Suffolk and Wheelock will meet for just the third time since the series began in 2014. The Rams picked up the win in the first-ever meeting, but the Wildcats picked up the win a year ago, 78-73, to tie the all-time series at 1-1.
