BOSTON – Suffolk baseball gets a hectic week starts Tuesday, April 11 when it entertains Commonwealth Coast Conference foe Gordon at East Boston Memorial Park at 3:30 p.m.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk has fallen in six straight to dip to 6-11 on the year and 2-5 in CCC contests.  

The Rams offense is on the verge of breaking 100 runs with 99 through 17 games. The trio of Harry Painter (29 H, 16 RBI, 9 R, 6 SB), Jonny Gilbride (24 H, 11 RBI, 18 R, 6 SB) and Garret Roberts (22 H, 11 RBI, 9 R) anchor the blue-and-gold at the plate.

Painter will likely earn the nod for Suffolk on Tuesday. He has a 6.07 ERA over 13.1 innings pitch in three appearances, all starts, with 14 strikeouts. 

FIGHTING SCOTS FACTS
Gordon fell in back-to-back battles to Bridgewater State and was swept by Nichols over the weekend to sit 8-17 on the season and 1-4 in CCC contests.  

CJ Demers, Andrew Hartman and Shane Demers have surpassed the 30-hit mark for the Fighting Scots. CJ Demers leads the way with 39 hits for 22 RBI and 28 runs scored. Hartman has also brought in 22 runs on 34 hits to go along with 27 runs scored. Shane Demers rounds out the trio with 30 hits, 18 RBI and 27 runs scored. 

On the hill, Gordon its top two arms against the Bison over the weekend. Brett Moore (10.67 ERA, 27.0 IP, 18 K) seems to be the next up in the rotation with all six of his appearances coming in starts, however Edward Eble-Lacouture (5.40 ERA, 10.0 IP, 12 K) is well-rested as well.
