Junior Mike Saia (Bridgeport, Conn.) then brought in a run with a double scoring Robertson. Senior Ted Gravel (Morris, Conn.) would then bring home two runs home with a double to left center to make it 4-0 through two and a half innings.

Cameron would get Suffolk on the board to start things in the bottom of the third as his double scored sophomore BJ Neil (Lynnfield, Mass.) who reached earlier on a fielder's choice.

Suffolk would even the game at four runs scoring three times in the fifth. Plana would single home freshman Brady Chant (Warwick, R.I.) who would walk with one out in the inning. A double by junior Jon Lapolla (Providence, R.I.) would drive in another run, before senior JC Collette (Amesbury, Mass.) tied the game with a sacrifice fly.

Suffolk would score four times in the sixth with two outs to pull away for the victory. Chant's single back up the middle would bring in the go ahead run as freshman Seth Coiley (Arlington, Mass.) scored to put Suffolk ahead. Plana added his second RBI of the game and third of the day with another base hit, before Lapolla broke the game open tripling deep in the left center gap to bring home two more runs.

Junior Cal Carroll (Methuen, Mass.) pitched 3 1/3 innings of scoreless relief to earn his first victory of the season.

Pellegrino and Gravel both had two hits in game two for the Falcons.

The top four hitters in the Suffolk lineup combined for eight of their nine hits in game two. Both Chant and Cameron were 2-for-3 with a pair of runs scored and an RBI each. Plana was 2-for-4 with two RBI while Lapolla drove in three runs with a 2-for-3 effort including a walk.
