Track & Field Puts 26 on GNAC All-Academic Team

GNAC RELEASE 

WINTHROP, Mass. – Suffolk men's indoor and outdoor track & field and women's indoor track & field programs each saw a baker dozen earn a place on the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) All-Academic Team, the league office announced Monday. The 26 Rams are a part of a league-record 1,260 student-athletes to be selected.  

To qualify, a student-athlete must be in their second year of academic status (sophomore or above), maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.25 or higher on a 4.00 scale during the 2019-20 academic year, with each eligible player having to compete in at least one full season of a GNAC sponsored sport. In the battle between the GNAC's five part-time members the blue-and-gold top the list with its 26 honorees. Both of Will Feldman's teams, which remained in the league as associate members after the University's shift to the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) in 2020-21, each had 13 student-athletes make the list.
