RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk stretch its win streak to four games Wednesday when it bested Salem State 7-1. Those four straight victories pushed the blue-and-gold to 19-13 on the year. In CCC contests, the blue-and-gold is 6-5.

The trio of Jonny Gilbride (45 H, 40 RBI, 39 R), Harray Painter (47 H, 38 RBI, 39 R) and Garret Roberts (41 H, 26 RBI, 34 R) have been main ingredients to Suffolk's scoring this season. Alex Sorenti-Burns (32 H, 33 RBI, 27 R) and Max Iorio (30 H, 28 RBI, 28 R) have been factors to the Rams' offensive output as well.

Suffolk saved its starting rotation for the weekend with Roberts (47.1 IP, 5.89 ERA, 37 K), Pierce Salbego (45.2 IP, 43 K), Brett Bucklin (45.1 IP, 1.99 ERA, 33 K), Harry Painter (23.2 IP, 2.66 ERA, 39 K) and TJ Dimitriou (21.0 IP, 14 K) are all prepared to pitch.

COLONELS CATCHUP
Curry has fallen in five straight games to hole a 5-25 overall mark and 0-9 CCC ledger.

Tommy Marshall and Kyle Doolin have brought 20-plus runs apiece with the former responsible for a team-best 23 and the latter plating 21. Marshall has 29 hits, while Doolin has 27 to share third on the squad with Erik Leonard and Drew Fagala behind Cam Barry's 28 in second. Run wise, that group – Marshall (18), Barry (17), Leonard (17), Doolin (13) and Fagala (12) – are responsible for scoring 77 of the Colonels 167 runs (46.1%).

Curry has had two midweek games that has put a lot of work on its staff. Colman Dyer (29.1 IP, 7.06 ERA, 28 K) and Luke Gomes (11.1 IP, 8.74 ERA, 11 K) are the likely starters for Colonels on the mound.
