BOSTON – Suffolk men's and women's indoor track & field will take its talents to the Regis Lewis Center Saturday, Dec. 10 for Northeastern's Joe Donahue Games.

UPDATED SPECTATOR POLICY
With the health and well-being of students and staff remaining the highest priority, effective immediately, spectators will not be permitted at Suffolk University Athletics home contests through the end of January 2022. At that time, the spectator policy will be reevaluated.
The change in the spectator policy comes as a precaution against the increase in COVID cases throughout the city, state and region.
The spectator policy applies to on-campus venues including, but not limited to, Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court, home of Suffolk basketball, as well as off-campus locations in the men's ice hockey home rink, Emmons Horrigan O'Neil Memorial Rink, and the women's hockey arena, Louis E. Porrazzo Memorial Skating Rink.

LAST TIME OUT [ MEN ]
Suffolk men's indoor track & field wrapped up the 2021 portion of its schedule at Northeastern's Joe Donahue Games Saturday at the Reggie Lewis Center. A dozen Rams made debuts in various events with nearly a half dozen notching a personal-record.

LAST TIME OUT [ WOMEN ]
Suffolk women's indoor track & field took its talents to the Reggie Lewis Center over the weekend for Northeastern's Joe Donahue Games. Seven different Rams produced personal-bests in the event with eight different student-athletes in blue-and-gold participating in events for the first time in their careers.

THE FIELD
Joining Suffolk in Vacation Land Sunday, Jan. 23 will be the host, Southern Maine, as well as Husson, Plymouth State and Thomas.
SUFFOLK STANDOUTS [ MEN ]
- After a standout cross country season, Matyas Csiki-Fejer will make his indoor debut in the mile. The event, which he should qualify for regionals for, will serve as a tune up for the remainder of the season for Suffolk's senior.
- Kely Maloney aims to qualify for regionals in the 800 and come away with the fastest mark in the GNAC this season.
- According to head coach Will Feldman, "the men's throwers should put on a show." Eddie McCarthy currently has the top mark in the GNAC for shot put and Michael Balestra, Matthew Smith, Frank Irizarry and Michael Power sit first through fourth in the GNAC in the weight throw.
RAMS TO WATCH [ WOMEN ]
- Grace Danehy will attempt to improve on her GNAC-leading mark in the high jump.
- Catherine Madden will make her debut in the 60 hurdles and shoots for the top time in the GNAC this year.
- Lauren Wood aims to improve on her school record long jump and punch her tickets to regionals.
- Suffolk's throwers – Caitlyn Filloramo, Allison Rodrigues and Leah Doucot – will shoot to keep their impressive outings going as they current rank first, third and fourth in the GNAC this year.
