SUFFOLK ATHLETICS 2021-22 FAN POLICY
Suffolk University Athletics, following guidance from the University's health and safety protocols, Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC), Centers for Disease Control and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, plans to allow fans to attend home athletic contests during the 2021-22 academic and athletic year.

Fans, whether vaccinated or unvaccinated, can attend games. They must be masked the entire time they are on campus, pursuant to institutional policy, and complete a health screening form at the security desk of each building upon arrival. This policy applies to home contests played on campus at the Ridgeway Building's Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court, as well as the Emmons Horrigan O'Neil Memorial Rink and the Louis E. Porrazzo Memorial Skating Rink.

For outdoor outings, specifically at East Boston Memorial Park, fans are asked to respect COVID safety protocols. At this time, masks will not be mandated for fans no matter vaccinated status at outdoor venues.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk sits 2-1 on the season and 1-1 in the CCC after defeating splitting action last week with an 8-1 setback at Salve Regina and a 6-3 victory over Curry.

The Rams have seen three different student-athletes serve as their ace this season. Sarah Mezini (1-0) is the only player to pick up a triumph on the top court, while Ilda Ascic and Kendall Smith each slipped when playing once at No. 1. Dyani Mosquera is the most successful singles player for Suffolk. The freshman sits 2-0 on the year with her decisions split between courts four and five, respectively.

Mosquera has teamed up with Alyssa Blade to form the blue-and-gold's most successful tandem. The pair holds a 2-0 record in the third doubles position.

GET TO KNOW THE GOLDEN BEARS
Western New England is 0-2 on the year and in CCC play after slipping to Endicott (6-3) and Nichols (9-0).

The Golden Bears have yet to pick up a point in doubles play this year. Aliza McLeish and Arriana Hasiuk have held down the top tandem though.

Hasiuk is one of three WNE players to secure a singles win in 2021. She earned the decision at No. 3, while Eiren Klesczewski and Jennifer Arling grabbed victories on courts five and six, respectively.
