Women’s Soccer’s Streak Ends at Endicott, 3-0

BEVERLY, Mass. – Suffolk women's soccer saw its winning ways come to a halt Saturday as the Rams fell to Endicott, 3-0, in a Commonwealth Coast Conference contest at Hempstead Stadium.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Grace Jewett's one-timer on Riley Rischitelli's cross 14:10 into the action put the Gulls on the board early on and they never looked back.  

The one-goal margin at the half was inflated twice more in the second stanza as Madison English and Alexandria Dostie each found the back of the net for Endicott, who controlled most of the action and did not let Suffolk put a shot on target all afternoon.  

KEEPING UP WITH THE KEEPERS

  • Arden Ferrari-Henry had seven stops in the setback.
  • Rosalina Caliri did not need to make a single save for the shutout.  

STATISTICALLY SPEAKING

  • Endicott outshot Suffolk, 23-4.
  • The Gulls put 10 shots on net, while the Rams did not get a shot on target all day. 
  • Endicott had 11 corner kicks compared to Suffolk's one.  

NOTEWORTHY

  • The Rams moved to 0-3-1 all-time against the Gulls. 
  • In Beverly, Suffolk is now 0-3-0 against Endicott.
