BOSTON – Coming off a convincing shutout Saturday, Suffolk women's soccer looks to ride that momentum into Tuesday afternoon when the Rams head to Fitchburg State Sept. 12 for a 4 p.m. battle.

LAST TIME OUT
Suffolk women's soccer returned to the win column in shutout fashion as the Rams ran past Mass. Maritime, 3-0, Saturday afternoon at James A. Sartori Stadium at East Boston Memorial Park. Avery Porter potted two goals, while Makena Columbus was responsible for the blue-and-gold's third strike of the day.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk is off to the best start since 2021 with a 2-1-1 record.
The Rams offense has seen four different goal scorers through four games. Avery Porter leads the way with two strikes to her credit. Makena Columbus, Chelsea Fallon and Daniela Petronio have each found the back of the net once. Kylie Flynn and Madelyn Murray have dished out one assist apiece.
Arden Ferrari-Henry has started all four games in net for the blue-and-gold. The freshman keeper brings in a 1.14 GAA and .733 save percentage.
FALCONS FACTS
After defeating Rivier, 2-1, in its 2023 opener, Fitchburg State has been shutout at Brandeis (2-0), Eastern Connecticut State (4-0) and Suffolk's Commonwealth Coast Conference foe Western New England (4-0) to hold a 1-3-0 overall mark this season.
Noelle Kennedy and Adrianna Westcott are responsible for the Falcons goals with one apiece. Charlotte Meixsell and Kendra Peretzman have one assist apiece.
Madison Dawkins has started all four games in between the posts for FSU. She holds a 2.86 GAA and .796 save percentage.
