BOSTON – Suffolk women's soccer takes its unbeaten record to Bridgewater State Thursday, Sept. 7 for a 7 p.m. non-conference clash.

Suffolk women's soccer's first road test of 2023, a Tuesday tilt at UMass Dartmouth, ended in a 0-0 tie at Cressy Field.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk carries an unbeaten 1-0-1 ledger into Thursday's tilt after tying UMass Dartmouth Tuesday.  

Chelsea Fallon and Daniela Petronio are responsible for the Rams only offense with one goal each. 

Arden Ferrari-Henry has played every minute in net for the blue-and-gold. The freshman brings in a 0.50 GAA and .800 save percentage with one shutout to her credit. 

BEARS BREAKDOWN
Bridgewater State fell to No. 18 MIT, 2-1, in its season opener, Saturday, Sept. 2.  

Audra McDuffie scored the Bears only goal that was set-up by Sydney Dewhurst and Lauren Sellmayer.

Logan Levesque made five saves in the setback in which she gave up two goals.

  • The Suffolk, Bridgewater State series started a year ago -- the Bears shutout the Rams, 5-0, in Eastie Sept. 5, 2022. 
  • The Rams will compete against BSU in Bridgewater for the first time.
