HOW IT HAPPENED
UMass Dartmouth was the only team to put an attempt on target in the first frame. Caroline McAuliffe's shot was no match for Arden Ferrari-Henry as the freshman made the save to keep things scoreless as the teams headed to the locker room.

Amanda Thompson booted a shot on goal in the 57th minute, but once again Ferrari-Henry was there, and zeros remained on the scoreboard.

Suffolk's lone chance to crack things open came from Camille Morin-Trotta in the 62nd minute. The rookie's try was turned down by Grace Conti though.

Things remained quiet the rest of the way as neither side managed to muster another shot on goal, which resulted in the scoreless draw.
