BOSTON – Suffolk women's soccer caps off the non-conference portion of its 2022 scheduled Tuesday, Oct. 4 when the Rams welcome New England College to East Boston Memorial Park's James A. Sartori Stadium for a 7 p.m. kick-off.

Suffolk women's soccer worked its way on the scoreboard first, however, Roger Williams scored two unanswered to take down the Rams, 2-1, Saturday afternoon in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) play.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk sits 2-5-2 on the season after slipping to Roger Williams Saturday. 

The Rams have managed to find the back of the net in the last two outings to bring their season scoring to eight goals. Klaudia Rushi holds a team-best three strikes with Delaney Hall's two goals good for second on the squad. Daniela Petronio (1g, 2a) and Hayley Long (1g, 1a) have factored into the offense as well. 

Freshmen Sophia Barker and Maddie Brooke have defended the net for Suffolk this season. Barker holds a 1.43 GAA and .818 save percentage in seven goals played, all starts. Brooke, meanwhile, has compiled a 1.50 GAA and .833 save percentage in her pair of starts.

PILGRIM POINTS
New England College has yet to find the win column as it sits 0-6-3 on the year. 

The Pilgrims have managed to find the back of the net five times through nine games. Reese Hultgren and Briana Lopes have each put away two goals apiece with Brynn Murphy responsible for the other strike. Chloe Beausoleil, Fernanda Rojas and Silvana Scuria have dished out one assist apiece.

Stephanie Browowicki is NEC's go-to goalie. In six starts, she has assembled a 2.50 GAA and .850 save percentage. Hollie Bomba has put together a 3.33 GAA and .756 save percentage in her three starts.
