SENIOR SALUTE
Prior to kick-off Saturday, Suffolk will commemorate the playing careers of its four graduating players, Julia HuntJackie KellyCarley Pearce and Allison Rodrigues. The foursome is the first four-year class under the leadership of Ashley Van Vechten and has guided the Rams to success and through adversity through their tenure.

Over their careers they have helped Suffolk to 20-plus victories and hosting post-season rights for just the second time in program history as sophomores in 2018. A year later, the led the Rams through a COVID-19 cancelled campaign, and this year, as captains, they have directed the blue-and-gold into the programs first ever Commonwealth Coast Conference season, one which they look to continue into the post-season.

LAST TIME OUT
Suffolk women's soccer put away three unanswered goals in the second stanza to break a 1-all time and take down Wentworth in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action Tuesday night.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk is one win away from double-digit victories on the year with a 9-5-0 overall record. Conference wise, the Rams look to secure a spot on the CCC post-season with the triumph as they head into Saturday's showdown 3-4-0 against league foes.

The Rams will rely on keeper Allison Rodrigues to get the job done in net. The senior has played every minute in goal for Suffolk this season and holds the eighth-most shutouts in NCAA Division III with seven of her eight victories coming in cleansheet fashion.

Offensively, a quartet of players have produced double-digit points. Freshmen Lily Christian and Aislinn Servaes share the top number on the team with 13 apiece. The former has four goals and five handouts, while the latter boasts five markers and three set-ups. Juniors Hayley Long (5g, 1a) and Nicole Morin-Trotta (4g, 3a) have each provided 11 points.

COLONELS CATCHUP
Curry kept Nichols off the scoreboard Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2-0, to improve to .500 (8-8-0) on the year and 2-5-0 in conference contests.

The Colonels' 26-goal offense is well-balanced with a dozen different players responsible for at least one goal and 16 student-athletes with at least one point. Samantha Borges and Sydney Dewhurt anchor Curry's attack with 10 points apiece. Borges has found the back of the net four times to go along with two assists and Dewhurt's stat line is exclusively goals with a team-best five.

Stella Schofield is the Colonels go-to start in goal. The keeper has put together a 7-6-0 record with four cleansheeets behind a 1.67 GAA and .767 save percentage.
