BOSTON – Suffolk women's soccer caps off its non-league action Wednesday, Oct. 6 when it welcomes Husson to James A. Sartori Stadium at East Boston Memorial Park for a 6 p.m. contest.

SUFFOLK ATHLETICS 2021-22 FAN POLICY
Suffolk University Athletics, following guidance from the University's health and safety protocols, Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC), Centers for Disease Control and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, plans to allow fans to attend home athletic contests during the 2021-22 academic and athletic year.

Fans, whether vaccinated or unvaccinated, can attend games. They must be masked the entire time they are on campus, pursuant to institutional policy, and complete a health screening form at the security desk of each building upon arrival. This policy applies to home contests played on campus at the Ridgeway Building's Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court, as well as the Emmons Horrigan O'Neil Memorial Rink and the Louis E. Porrazzo Memorial Skating Rink.

For outdoor outings, specifically at East Boston Memorial Park, fans are asked to respect COVID safety protocols. At this time, masks will not be mandated for fans no matter vaccinated status at outdoor venues.

#RAMSFANFEST
After a year hiatus, Suffolk Athletics is excited to welcome back all members of Ram Nation to East Boston Memorial Park Saturday, Oct. 23 for Rams Fan Fest. 

The sixth event is part of Suffolk Weekend, which combines two annual celebrations – Alumni Weekend and Family Weekend. These events bring the entire University community together and allows members of the Suffolk community and their families to reconnect or get acclimated with Suffolk. LAST TIME OUT
Suffolk women's soccer saw its three-game win streak come halted Saturday afternoon as the Golden Bears of Western New England edged the Rams, 1-0, at Supernant Stadium.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk saw its three-game win streak come to an end Saturday at Western New England. The 1-0 setback to the Golden Bears put the Rams at 6-3-0 on the year.  

Allison Rodrigues has been the backbone to the blue-and-gold's success. The senior keeper has played every minute in net and has produced some of the nation's best numbers in between the posts this season. She heads into the week with a .904 save percentage and a .556 GAA, which rank 20th and 44th, respectively, in NCAA Division III. Shutout wise, Rodrigues has kept six opponents off the scoreboard this season which is the second-most cleansheets in DIII this year. 

Offensively, Suffolk has potted 21 goals in nine games. Aislinn Servaes leads the way with 10 points on six strikes and two set-ups. Lily Christian is on the verge of double-digit points as well with nine to her credit on three goals and assists, respectively. 

EYES ON THE EAGLES
Husson enters the midweek match on a six-game unbeaten streak that put the Eagles 6-2-2 overall.  

The Eagles offense is the 10th best in the country with 3.80 goals per game. Natalie Aviolla powers the scoring unit with 18 points on eight goals and two helpers. Charlotte Messer joins Avoilla with double-digit points with 12 behind five strikes and a pair of set-ups. 

In net Hannah Kenney has seen the most action with nine games played and seven starts. She is 5-1-1- on the year with a pair of shutouts thanks to a 1.18 GAA and .742 save percentage. Shie Smith has played in five game, starting three, and holds a 2.46 GAA and .667 save percentage.
