SUFFOLK ATHLETICS 2021-22 FAN POLICY
Suffolk University Athletics, following guidance from the University's health and safety protocols, Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC), Centers for Disease Control and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, plans to allow fans to attend home athletic contests during the 2021-22 academic and athletic year.

Fans, whether vaccinated or unvaccinated, can attend games. They must be masked the entire time they are on campus, pursuant to institutional policy, and complete a health screening form at the security desk of each building upon arrival. This policy applies to home contests played on campus at the Ridgeway Building's Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court, as well as the Emmons Horrigan O'Neil Memorial Rink and the Louis E. Porrazzo Memorial Skating Rink.

For outdoor outings, specifically at East Boston Memorial Park, fans are asked to respect COVID safety protocols. At this time, masks will not be mandated for fans no matter vaccinated status at outdoor venues.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk remains undefeated through eight games this season, one of just eight NCAA Division III teams to do so. The Rams record includes a perfect CCC ledger.

The Rams 42 goals this season is good for sixth best in NCAA DIII this year, with 13 different skaters accounting for at least one of the strikes. Suffolk has found the back of the net 13 times on the power play, tied for the most power play goals in DIII thus far.

With Suffolk posting one of the best offenses in the nation, the scoring is scattered amongst the skaters. Shana Cote is leading the country in power play goals with six goals on man-up chances. The senior forward is also second in the nation in the face-off circle with 126 victories. The captain is one of four players in double figures in points with team-leading numbers in every offensive category as her 20-point stat line is evenly divided between goals (10) and assists (10). Sofia Scilipoti (6g, 8a), Maddy Burton (8g, 4a), and Jesse Kennedy (3g, 7a) have reached the double-digit point plateau already as well.

In net Suffolk has issued the talents of two goaltenders in Hannah Gordon and Julia McLellan. Gordon, who boasts a 5-0-0 overall record and 3-0-0 conference mark, holds a 1.38 GAA and .935 save percentage, while McLellan brings in a 3.00 GAA and .870 save percentage.

GET TO KNOW THE GOLDEN BEARS
Western New England split its CCC weekend against the University of New England to move to 4-4-1 on the year and 2-4-0 in league play.

The Golden Bears' 19-goal offense sees a quartet of players with seven points. Alyssa Murphy leads the way in scoring with six goals and one assist. Allison Walker and Kelly Yorkey have identical stat lines of two markers and five set-ups. Abby Hay rounds out the foursome with three goals and four handouts.

Rieley Jessie-Gerelli is the go-to netminder for WNE. She has built a 2.73 GAA and .937 save percentage in eight appearances.
