BOSTON – Suffolk women's basketball returns to the road this weekend as the Rams takes their talents to Beverly, Massachusetts, Saturday, Jan. 27 for a 1 p.m. CCC contest at Endicott.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk holds a 13-5 overall record and 7-3 CCC mark after defeating Roger Williams (73-66) and Gordon (91-59) in over its last two outings. 

The upperclassmen duo of Amanda DeAngelis and Lauren Romito pace the Rams on both ends of the hardwood. DeAngelis averages a double-double with team-leading numbers in points (15.2) and rebounds (11.5) per game. Romito, meanwhile, is second in both categories with 13.9 ppg and 9.1 rpg to her credit. Colby Guinta contributes 10.3 ppg to the blue-and-gold's 71.2 ppg scoring unit that receives 9.4 ppg from Jordan Moreau.  

GET TO KNOW THE GULLS
Endicott fell to the University of New England, 63-55, Tuesday to move to 10-7 on the season and 6-4 in CCC action. 

Sarah Dempsey is a force for the Gulls. The junior forward leads the team in scoring with 17.4ppg and rebounding, grabbing 8.4 rpg. Emma Shinney is the only other student-athlete to average double figures in scoring with 10.5 ppg to her credit, while Libby Fleming and Katelyn Konareski each add 8.8 ppg.  

WE MEET AGAIN
In a game that featured 17 lead exchanges and eight tied scores, including a 56-all game at the end of regulation, Suffolk women's basketball outscored Endicott, 15-8, in the overtime to hand the Gulls a 71-64 Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) setback Tuesday night at Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court.
