BOSTON – Suffolk women's basketball starts a hectic week Tuesday, Nov. 15 when it welcomes Salem State to Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court for a 7 p.m. clash.

Suffolk women's basketball fell to Bridgewater State in its 40th season opener, 63-51, Thursday night at Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk (0-1) is in search for its first win of the year after slipping to Bridgewater State, 63-51, in its season opener. 

Amanda DeAngelis led the Rams on both sides of the ball in game one with an 18-point, 16-rebound double-double. Katie Kirsch chipped in offensively and defensively also with 14 caroms and eight points. 

VIKINGS VIEW
Salem State fell at Elms, 75-69, and Salve Regina, 69-58, to head into Tuesday's action 0-2 on the year. 

Liz Zaiter powers the Vikings' 63.5 points per game offense with 20.5 ppg to her credit. Irianis Delgao and Abuk Teng supply double figures to the scoring as well with 15.5 ppg and 13.5 ppg, receptively.  

Defensively, the same trio, Zaiter (6.5 rpg), Delgado (6.5 rpg) and Teng (6.0 rpg) lead the way.
